Actually, im just a lvl 30+.

And honestly, sad to say this but, I didn't expect this from the update.

Alot of people are now hurting because of this.

on the pocketlegends site the FAQ says that you can play the whole game for free, but the shop is there to help you and customize. Wonder if that is correct? Do you still have to pay for levels past 13, or what ever the cut off is?

Yes, after level 18 you have to pay for maps, but since a lot of people keep their characters at 19 to twink PvP, you could theoretically stop at 18 and just pvp.
