Bug?

If you have, let's say, the vanity pumpkin helm on, then you have to remove it before viewing faces in the Magic Mirror.

The Mirror should do this for you automatically in the preview before purchase.

I doubt we'll change that one - it's nice to be able to see your hat while you're selecting a face so you can be sure they go together well.

lol. I wouldn't think it's lazy. Just annoying. Yes - if I wear my pumpkin helm all the time then well, why customize the face? But for instance, I had to remove my actual helm on my bear to see the options. I guess I have to turn on "Hide hat".
