Yeah i've got the same problem :c did about 300+ runs with luck+3x(+daily) and only farm Lvl65 Pinks
It's all luck... I've gotten 3 dragon pieces without reroll before. Yes elix helps, but it's your decision.
It truely tests your patience lol
