Nox 1-3/5 depends on your style. Anyways range upgrade is bit THAT useful
2/5 piercer health regen upgrade
5/5 Packs
5/5 DEX, STR, INT

Soundless got it right, but go damage not critical. I am pretty sure damage gives a little critical as well (correct me if I am wrong but I think this is true). Even so, it's better to put your points into something that will work all the time rather than chance.

I have full crit.

Hmm think about it this way..

Better crit when you can, than do 10+ extra damage every time you shoot.

Passive DMG is better in PvE because it's constantly auto attacking. While PvP is more OneStrikeDead..
