lv20-21 best equipment

Hello i was considering the idea of building a lv20 or 21 twink for pvp i've heard that best armors and helms on at these levels are demonlords. Do anyone know where i can find/loot those gears? Ty forward

I'm not 100% sure but I've heard from Locked Crates.
You can also buy from CS.

ok ty for the information ...i've tried to search them in elite banded chests but i was able to find only lv30 ones.

Devourer bow / crate bows, im sure you can work out which gives most dmg, no daggers though or you'll get annihilated

Blue demonlord armor

Agile ranger helm

Dex / int / dmg ring and amulet
