If i spent 6k platinum on dragon packs, you best believe Il be asking for a midas dragon from support.
Idk how much of a plat refund you should get , But for sure you deserve the gold dragon.

I tired 3 times with no luck, I emailed Stg hoping for a refund or atleast them grant me mitas but no luck. Emailed them 3 times with same reply "we dont do refunds", I mean can yall atleast grant me mitas? Yall already have my money, wont make much a difference, they never replied back.

I've also struck out on this pack, only purchased once though. According to you and many others, it really is that hard to obtain. Much like high level PvP, pray and hope the RNG is in your favor.
