The Odds of Elite Chests

I know it's all about luck.
But, I want to know if it's worth it to open many elite chests (Pirate, War and Puzzlebox).
Anyone of you wanna share your experience?

Example: Opened 30 Elite Golden Pirate Chests, got 1 Arcane, 1 Mythic and the rest is junk.

I opened over 12mil in elite golden warchests last season, I got mythic mage armor and garbage pinks. I'm intent on opening because I'm crazy, but I would suggest people sell them.

P.S. congrats on the arcane hooks and mythic helm.

I got Lunar Pendant from an Elite Golden Puzzlebox and I got a Mythic War Helm from Elite Golden Pirate Chest..

But I consider open more now, cause I don't want to open lockeds

Only golds have mythic/arcane.

P.S. I have bought two EGPBs all season (easy to remember because I bought them at the same time and from the same person). The only reason I bought those was because they were listed in the cs at 45k. I then proceeded to relist them at over 100k each and make a net profit.

Only elite golden contains mythic and arcane i usually buy chest to resell again. But im really interested in opening many at once

I haven't open any elite golden pirate chests yet because my guildmate said that if i need money, i should just sell them. However, I agree with your guildmate that you should just sell it, instead of opening it. Only if you have spare gold of minimum 1m, then you may consider to try out your luck

Another piece of advice is you should open EGP when there is a special event, like the last Halloween mythic weapon event.

But if you feel really lucky, why not?

The chance is there. Someone got an arcane staff after 600 elite golden puzzles. Someone else got talon from elite copper war chests! The chances are there and hey, if you'll never open a single locked or spend platinum, then elite chests are a good way of gambling without digging into your wallet. I personally sell some, open some depending on my mood!

I had bad experiences with those elite chests, opened about 50 elite golden warchest and 20 elite golden puzzle and only got junk not a single worth item. I would advise you to sell them rather than opening and end up being disappointed, unless you want to gamble hehe.

Wow! 600 EGP worths around 60m! But arcane staff worths the same. Not mentioning other mythics and pinks that he got. So it's worth it after all
