    1. There is no perfect builds because there are so many different play styles. A Rogue can use a blender spec (Blades, Razor, Traps, Aimed), or a Max DMG Spec (Bow, Pierce, Nox, Aimed) or anything in between. It is mostly dependent on what your attack methodology is and whether you want to be reliant on a party or are willing to be in more of a support role.

    2. Architect offers better armor and better, general all-around stats. Hellish of Potency offers the best pure DMG stat, but sacrifices A LOT of armor.

    3. I would say both. Blades are suitable for mobs, bows are better for bosses. Blades have superior DPS and can attack up to 3 mobs at a time; however, bows have substantially better DMG (meaning increase DMG on skills as well) but are single target, therefore best suited for bosses. Keep in mind that Architect Quills have a terrific PROC with +50% Crit bonus, so generally I use blades. At lower levels, Mountain Teeth also offer a good PROC, but Devourer Bows offer substantially better DMG, so it is based upon whether you are armored enough to get into melee range, or prefer to kite to avoid most of the damage.

The armor doesn't matter. Architect is much more gold while Hellish is not...yet.
Bow is good for bosses and teaming with parties in my opinion.
Daggers are for soloing purposes and less mana consumption in my opinion as well.
Both daggers and bows are useful

I prefer gear that gives 40+dex and 20+ str (All) Also gear that adds dmg is very usefull
    Aimed shot 5/5
    Nox bolt 5/5
    Veil Bomb 4/5 (No explode)

Shadow piercer 4/5 dmg reduction and 10% live back and increase targets.
    Passive:
    Dex 5/5
    Str 5/5
    Dmg 5/5
    Crit 3/5

1: Well first of all, there is no perfect build, it all depends on how you would like to play your Rogue as. Be it a supportive rogue with veil and trap or a full offensive monster. The spec I'm currently using is 5 Int, 5 Str, 5 Dex, 5 Dmg, 5 Aimed Shot, 3 Nox (poison lasts longer + increased radius) , 4 Trap (no explosion) and 3 Shadow Piercer (shadow absorption and more targets) with 10 points in int and the rest put in dex. This isn't the best spec but it works fine in solos or playing with others and taking on a team player role
2: Tbh, I would prefer hellish, alot. Since architect doesn't add that much armour and it is expensive as hell (no pun intended) and hellish adds like 16 Dmg. And since dmg is more important for a rogue than survivability, I would prefer hellish
3: In PVE, I really prefer daggers for the mobs and bow for the boss. Simple reason being that daggers provide excellent mob control because of their fast attacking speed and ability to hit multiple mobs at once. But bows provide higher dmg to single target enemies and thus are useful for bosses and areas with exceedingly tough mobs where your daggers fail to do enough dmg
That's just my 2 cents though, there are thousands of builds and specs out there so find one that caters to your playstyle and have fun!

    1.i follow desperoto's build
2.i like hellish cause its cheap and gives more dmg.
3.i use both blades for mobs and bows for boss.

    Generally, I would say no.

The main reason to use a bow is for the added skill damage. Some bows have an "Arcane Patch" proc, which is very useful, but most bows don't have anything compelling enough to warrant charging, so the real reason is just for +DMG stats.

To be honest, while using bows, I only launch an auto attack while all my other skills are on cooldown.

Here's the perfect build for level 36 arena/elites

    Pure dex
    5/5 aimed
    5/5 nox
    4/5 smoke (all except exlode)
    2/5 shadow pierce (heal upgrade)

    5/5 dex, damage, might
    4/5 int

I'm not sure about the armors since i have mythics. Like has been said, hellish has good damage but is weak on armor so I'd go with it and put str gems in it to increase ur health.

Use daggers on mobs and bow at the boss unless the tank sucks and use bow the whole time.

u don't want to charge anything except nox and then it depends on the situation. If 5 or 6 mobs are grouped up in a 6m radius then u want to alternate between tapping aimed and charging nox. if there are only 1-4 mobs then u want to tap everything. U can through a shadow pierce in after nox if it doesn't take u into any red zones. remember to keep moving and stay out of those red zones!

Use the same thing on my rogue, but instead of 4/5 int, its 5/5 and 4/5 might.

I go an all bow build (weird right?) With max aimed and nox, rest in passives. Spam aimed nox, and I indeed charge my auto attack in between.
I can tell you that a non-charged bow attack does maybe 1/4 hp on a mob, while charged 1-shots em. Bows have a much slower attack rate so in the time it takes to charge you would only get 2 non-charged shots off.
BUT, since I'm using a build that only utilizes 2 skills, I have time to charge in between cd's.
Its a weird build, but I'm just reinforcing the point that there is no perfect build, its all on how you play
