question about crawly arcane ability

i know its damage and stun lock, but
1. what is stun lock?
2. how many enemies does it stun in pve?
3. is it guaranteed stun in pvp? (if so OP)

pls someone who has pls tell me

1) it roots your enemies. Cant move or skill escape.
2) however many are in the aoe. Range is about the size of flapjack/ vlad
3) havent tested. I would assume so but its only 3s with 20 second cooldown.
