oh, sorry, I don't know for sure, but I got to a point duing signup process where there was a dropdown list with all countries, including Romania, so Germany was listed for sure.

now i even have succeded in creating an amazonpayment account i still get the message on the pocketlegend.com purchasing site that my account and password do not match the hell

Just to make sure, you know that the account information being asked on the store page is your Pocket Legends account information, not your Amazon account, right? Your Amazon.com credentials will be requested on the next page.
