Best level to open up crates?

Obviously level 36 gear has flooded the market. Some of the gear is pretty decent but there's so many of them out there that they're pretty much worthless. So what level would be the most beneficial for people to open locked crates at? And is there a specific item that you're hoping to loot at that level? Would love everyone's opinion on this

I'd say L8, L10, L12, and L16 would be the best considering the items are op. A good item for L8-L16 would be the Devourer Bow of Potency, and other gear for rogue/warrior are pretty expensive.

The answer is out there. I have several different lvls to open crates depending on who's selling. If you watch close enough you'll notice that it is the same people opening them mainly. Usually they will be opened on alts and then sold on main or an auction alt. I watched the lvls of those items being sold and figured out where the gap was. Then before selling I check to see if that one guy that always lists multitudes of a certain lvl has opened any very recently and act accordingly. Also, you can figure out if they are lvling their alts or have them capped at a certain lvl for the sole purpose of opening crates and avoid those lvls if you'd like. I've also noticed that the same people that you are watching also know if you are opening them as well.

id say 15-16 is really good if u get some good rogue or war armor because they arent cheap. also any low lvl darkwatch is worth a fair bit
