Weapons Not Increasing?

Hello,

Fairly new player here .....tried to research this with no luck.

I was wondering why weapons do not increase as they say? Example ......if i unequip my weapon then add one that says 60.8 DPS and 38 Damage then why does my DPS only increase 56 not 60.8 and my Damage only 34 not 38? Alot of weapons do this not just one. Also happens with health.

Hi....I never noticed that before but you are correct. The attack and defense seem to always be right. I knew that health sometimes goes up by more than what is quoted....I figured because the other stats affected it too. But I have no idea why we get less damage and dps increase than what the weapon quotes.
