Aside from art talent being a requirement, most of that work is done with advanced drawing programs like SketchBook. The best results are in mid sized devices like iPads along touchpens.
I know with a mouse, it's a pain the butt drawing.
I own an LG Optimus and do all my art in this smartphone. I don't even use a stylus pen.
But who knows I might give it a try
