Skill Point Cap Question
Is the level cap 6? Or at what level can you raise skills beyond 6? I was told 60 by several people in game but I am 62 and still get the "character not high enough level" message when I attempt to go over 6 on any skill.
Any info would be great, I cruised the forums but never found a straight answer.

Once you hit level 65 it goes up to 9

I was also best because I was the one, the one who came up with LMK. I was in arena once after being inactive for so long. I came across cheen, he rushed me and I rushed him back. After a while I said LMK because I was being unusual. I got LMK from my friend in bd. And so cheen started to spread my word, or my friends word around. Then he excluded me and lied about lmk. He then said he came up with it and a few others.
