If some ppl have full arbiter set was not right for who started later becouse he/she cant get it (me for example-.-) and he got mad asf....
Ok well go ask a car dealer if you can buy a 1968 mustang for 10,000 the price it prob costed at the time, instead of paying 100k+ for an origional, he would most likely say no.

Please consider the fact that updating the cap level will mess up SO much things.
Weapon will be way more powerfull, which means that some legendary items will lose value. Im referring to napalm carbines. It will be easier to farm them. How about nova blasters and Vak Kryral, Surmanx. All these prices could drop because it will be more accessible. It's true that ne armors will be available and they will be worthy but The Hive's drop are the most concerned.
I'm very sad to know that there is no arbiter for lvl51. I hope there will be at next cap level.
Btw, it seems like the new cap level is not for this year. Not being pathetic but we all really want an update

How many ppl remains WHO might have the chance to complete the set.
Its pointless from my view to discuss further arbiter.
Maybe we should consider these items as an relic of the older SL days and get over it.
And concerning to dclaws thougts of dropping prices;
I would appreciate it if all these fancy lvl40 naps getva downfall like whatever. I mean we play on lvl 51 and still need a screwed hive drop.
Down with all prices. That might bring some pain for merchants but it brings change in game

Blackstar had quite a bit of potential before its demise, and STS can only do so much nowadays.
How many people will be left to complete the set? Very little. While I have all of the current pieces, being from the beginning of the game's life, even I am wondering as to how much more time I'll be looking into the endgame part of SL. We have all of the current content that has kept us content, but we then realize that it isn't as appealing as it used to be because the game needs a stronger structure to allow a larger period of preservation. PL has lots of long-lasting content and dungeons that let people continue to have fun over long periods, but SL's game is currently based on short bursts. SL will need an overhaul in many categories and aspects of the game to continue growing past what it has accomplished before, and one good example will be the attributes (since adding points to them do tremendously minor changes to anything), PvE balancing, and branches of game content that let people walk away from the very straight and narrow path that SL sets you on.
