Night Ocean Ripple of Warfare bug (or intentional )
night ocean ripple ring have 3 versions: STR, DEX, and INT
and i think sts messed up the stats of this ring big time ....
Disclamer: i cannot always find all 3 type for each level (not in auction when i made this post), but u should get the idea

It is not a bug. The Ripple has always been this way. Check out the 30/31 varieties. STS likes us to use our brains, and doesn't always make the highest level items the best ones, or the same item give the same stats for all classes. This kind of thing is what keeps the game interesting for many of us. I hope they never change these little surprises they add in.

Pink doesnt mean always better, some pinks got terrible stats, like riposte amulets. Also check the cobalt rings, they got same mechanism as the ocean, etc rings, this isnt new.
Doesn't this Pink come from Crates?
I actually still use this ring and it works fine for me.. It's not the best ring, but it's not the worst either.

Pink isn't always mean better stats.
Gold Chain (Epic) is one of the best L10 Amulets.
oh well , i'll just live with the fact that the lv 31 one gives 1.2 more dmg and 1.7 more dps than the lv 36 one for mage
Are you sure there just are not two versions of the ring? One with 1.9 and the other with 3.1 damage? You may just be seeing one version of the ring in the cs when you look. There have been a few items in the history of al where there are more than one version with slightly different stats but the same exact name.
not a bug. like the cobalt ring, there are (2) versions of the ring. one has 1.9 and the other has 3.1 dmg.
if you don't look at it carefully, you can easily overlook this difference.
i just feel like its level based ._.
and ya, i've noticed this in the cobalt last expansion, thought it was a bug but keep forgetting to report ._.

as far as i know , it seems like there's only 3 version of the ring for each level, and different level have different stats (some 1.9 dmg some 3.1 dmg)
but like i said in the title, it MAY be a bug , or they just did it intentionally :P
My sorc uses the level 31 ripple as a backup ring. I don't see any problem with the level number on it, as long as it does the job. End game Warriors were using a level 25 free amulet until this season, and it's likely that many still are. The best rogue ring is the epic full circuit of potency unless you go over 500k, and ruby band of brutality? Still a mage's standby. Blue doesn't mean bad, and level is as much "just a number" as age is.
