My Mythic Armor level didnt upgraded

Hi, my warrior mythic helm didnt upgraded when i finished the quest.
I already back to Jerryl. The quests is finished but i my helm didnt upgraded and i didnt get the "Acquired Restored Heroes Armor" Title.
Is this a bug or is there anything else i should do?

i already sent the email to spacetime support.
someone name Gnosis reply me : Did you have the item on your character when you completed it or was it in your stash?
i answer : Yes. I always wear it. the item is not in my stash, because i wore it.
After that no more reply at all.
Does STS support always like that? no solution?
