Requirements and restrictions:

• Level 23 mage. No one joins with level 22 mage or level 23 bear, okay?
• Forum account. You need this to communicate with your opponent.
• Founders' helms are not allowed.
• All other equipments and vanities are allowed.
• Use of macros/bots is strictly prohibited.

Matches:

• You have one week (seven days) to play your match. If a match isn't played in time, the player who tried to schedule the match more actively will be advaced.
• Fights will be fought with ”go-style”. Rushing is not allowed.
• Matches will be played in locked forest fight.
• Best of three wins a round, which means that the first player to win two games advances.
• Leaving for respecs is not allowed.
• Changing gear during fight is allowed.
• Winner must posts screenshots of the two games he/she won, or have the opponent to verify the result.*

Braking any of these rules will result in immediate disqualification.
*Braking this rule will result in the match being voided.

I think it would be pretty unfair for a strength tank mage vs. an int nuke mage. I think maybe add a rule in where you can only use int gear?

Nah, pallies aren't so op anymore, thanks to those new Halloween items. Int mages just need to know what to do.

And besides, the meta game of level 23 mage pvp has been highly "rock, paper, scissors" -based for a while now. Build X > build Y, build Y > build Z, build Z > build X. I don't intend to change the fundamentals of the meta game.
