Nativex response time

Ok so i did a free offer on 11/29 and never received my plat so i emailed nativex and it said they will be in contact within 3 business days i have since emailed them 2 more times and still have not gotten a response 5th business day today. I am wondering if this is typical and if they always respond to everyone as i have never had to contact them before this.

Took them a week to get back to me. They requested ss's for proof of completion. I am guessing they are pretty busy

They're response time varies in my experience. Sometimes quick, sometimes I've waited a month for plats

Yeah I'm waiting on them to give me my platinum right now too...did a bunch of those surveys and played a bunch of games that never went through...last time it was 4 days for them to say there you go all done.

well if you guys got a "ticket number" they sent to you and stating they be in touch in "insert number of DAYSSSs here" then you are in line for support.

Yeah they've been slow on the delivery these days. I got my plat after a week. But don't forget that AL isn't their only game to take responsibility of. XNative is partnered with other games as well that they need to keep track.

Yeah..I have three pending offers the havent paid me for and on two of them its already been two weeks...They need to step it up..Im sure they would get ticked if the didnt get a paycheck after a week of working.

The struggle with nativex is a tough one, but only the truly patient will prevail. It takes them ages to get things sorted out, but they do eventually get to it. It's been almost a two month process for my claim and it's still not been worked out, but they have been in contact with me sporadically to let me know that they're working on it.
