Sure...open your quest log and read what it asks you to do...then do that

It's very similar to the Halloween event. Accept the quests and do what they say to do. If your having trouble finding the portals try defeating the many bosses around Arlor. (excluding Brakengate and arena maps) You have a better chance finding portals if you do elite maps.

I hav problem too. After finishing nordor 26+ times! including boss, i still don't see portal. The quest are so hard!
