Winter event began in AL.Whats up with PL?!

Alright so the winter event update just happened in AL as STS announced a bit earlier. Its been a long time since we've seen something 'pretty new' in PL so I guess its time for a descent winter event. I know there is a topic about the winter fest event in PL and that it might be online in a few days, though what I am asking and I guess every other PL player, is a good one. We really need something new since the new cap will take a long time. We need some new items and vanities, not just limited of the previous event's items or some useless things like in the Halloween event. Its time to come up with something interesting in PL and spend time developing this game and not just AL...

@Knockador - Don't mean to be playing Devil's advocate or anything, but what if you were part owner of this company and saw players saying things like "this game is ****"? Wouldn't that discourage you to make more updates for a game? The MMO business is extremely difficult to compete in, and it's completely immature to bash on this game. I don't understand why you're still here if it bothers you so much.

The thing is Will, I've remained optimistic for too long. In my thread about 2013, I wanted StG to make 2014 an amazing year by putting compliments. I'm starting to feel doubtful now. What if we don't even make it to 2014? The majority of veterans have left the game, and what do we have with us now? Whining kids with large egos, spawners and trash-talkers, people not knowing how to play their class correctly etc. etc. Now do I blame this on StG? No, to an extent. Obviously, they could have gave us more attention and cleaned out the spawners and trash-talkers, but ever since StG said "Spawning is a part of the game", was when I knew the downfall was coming. I'm sorry if I'm a pessimist, but I've changed.

Exactly, lol I just re-read what ghost said. In no way saying that the game sucks now should they feel "discouraged", knowing that there is a vast business world out there similar to theirs, they should take that discouragement and turn it into what the progress. Giving the players what they want...it's not like we're asking for something new every-month, but wtf is with Blacksmoke for a year +???
