New Feature
I think there should be an NPC in every town that gives a quest saying kill 200 bosses for a mystery box,and the mystery box has a chance of getting a legendary when u complete the quest, i also think that it should have a lower chance for lower lvls,maybe like 0.5% chance of legendary. so people wont make like 2000 toons for forest haven. And the pinks should be scaled.

Not a bad idea to be honest, they should do something like in AL but change it up a little, make it Pocket Legends version, and yes make them play hard for it, maybe like cyber quests? I love your idea
