Hi all, so i take it that only players with pets that has +hp happiness bonus will benefits from breezagas arcane ability? otherwise its useless to player without pet that has hp regen? anyone able to explain this or point me to the right thread? thanks you.

I notice breezaga arcane only heals one person near it. Is that a bug? Should it heals within its radius?
