Something wrong about warrior skills.

Hi just wanna ask if whats happening to my warrior, everytime i use 1 skill the other 3 skill slots will be unusable like for 5 or more seconds even if i still have mp left.

if you use windmill the other skills and your attacks are blocked, by cooldown and cant perform normal attack. It is locked until the second wave comes out. The same thing happens to shadow piercer of rogues.

Any skills that I'm using for example heal or what ever skill is it, it will make other skill slot block and unusable for 5sec. Really hate it cuz my warrior isn't like that before the update ...
