    Where is he? I been in lair several times and no see?

    Only when tarlok present or something? Never faced tarlok yet...no plat so always random

    the 3rd boss, Thorbold? or something is the father's spirit after you kill him.

    Yeah, when you face the boss named Thorbold, after you kill him talk to his ghost to complete the quest.
