I don't have pic but I believe it's this:

Glacian: +12str, +12dex, +12int, +10% armor
Hammerjaw: +10str, +10dex, +10int, can't remember if it's 5% or 10% crit

as of passive ability hj is better, and hj Cooldown is very speedy 22 sec i think. glacian is like 40 sec. go with hj
