I cannot buy platunum...

Hello,

I am using an Android phone to play PL. I cannot seem to buy platinum. I get stuck on a screen with a character walking inside a banner forever it seems. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue as well, I could access the Amazon pay site for Platinum prior to the latest update.

We'll look into it. You should also be able to just go to pocketlegends.com with a web browser.

Hello,

Okay, now I can get to the order page. I filled in all the info. Then waited for the platinum to show up on my account and nothing showed up. I checked my bank account sure enough the money plus a fee was debited from my account. Then I checked my email and it says the transaction failed. The money is debited from my account though. So now what do I do?

Same here. I bough $20 worth of platinum also. At first it said transaction failed. I just checked my bank, and the money was debited out. Checked my account and no platinum in there. Is there anything that I'm missing?

yeah u guys not alone.. i bought $10 worth of plat.. told me transaction failed.. but in my bank account its pending to come out.. but no plat under my character.. when is this going to be fixed?????????? i'm beyond pissed!
