Balance? this is not balance?

I know that the devs wil fix the problems, but i think that the idea of balance is diferent than the balance, balance is all class can do the same? i know this is a game of rol, every class play a roll, but a good balance for me is improve the speed and damange of weapons, improve the defence of eagles, and a little bit of the mages, and improve the attack of the bears, i m not saying that now the eagles can tank or the bear can make the same damage than a eagle, but all classes have a little bit of everything, good atack, good def, etc.
No like now, a bear canīt kill a zombie.
