Trying to make a charmin Mage but should I go pure int or int/dex?
Also do you recommend other arm set ups for Mage?
Any help will be much appreciated. I am currently trying to level up my Mage

Your decision, the most viable builds are pure int/ 67 dex rest int. You should keep a charmin' staff in case, but that's about it. Wand will do you more good than staff, so if you cannot afford both staff and wand having only wand set is sufficient.
