Sure, there are some inactive people in the guild. But what guild doesn't have inactive people? I'd rather have knowledgable pvpers and good friends who are inactive that might come back at any time which has happened in the past rather than just invite anyone into the guild just to say "we're active."

Plus, we have Ninja in the guild and he still plays occasionally. I'd say we're doing pretty good since he's considered the "best bird" and he keeps us laughing hours on end after he logs off.
