So for some reason I'm banned. I don't know what I did wrong? I haven't chatted much so I know it's not that. My user name perhaps? Odd...
I bought platinum too, so it's pretty frustrating...
Email associated with my account is same as my forum email...
Device is an incredible on verizon with uverse internet
and if it was my user name, your filter allowed it...

We had a problem with devices being erroneously banned. Please check again and let us know if you can log in.
Nope, still 44 hours left on my ban...
Still can't log in... I take it I was actually banned for my name. Kind of lame considering your filter allowed it. Not to mention I did pay money for the game...

Tricking the filters is not an excuse. We are very clear about the rules, and a ton of kids play this game. We are very serious about protecting that user base.
