thought I didn't get condense essense for mythic upgrade

I had a quest to condense the essense in the process of upgrade mythic set. After I spent 100k to buy the condensed essense, I cannot found it in my inventory chest section. I thought the system is bugged, I didn't get it, had to contact support. But before contact support, I went to the hermit to check if it works. There the bat knew I had the condensed essense and I finished the quest. After that the condensed essence shows in my inventory.

Not sure if this is a bug or not. But anyway I finished the quest.

The essence should show up in your amulet section. Check there

And if you have done the quest the armor is lvl36 if you sell the condensed essence do we not need when the lvl41 expension pack comes out?

I think the devs stated that it becomes useless after you upgrade the armors.
