Participating in the winter event

Hi I dont remember how to do the winter map, im guessing you have to purchase it, but also is it only for certain lvls? Because I see maps with lv76. Also do I just join the game and thats it? Thanks for any info

Talk to towne crier in forest haven towne. You'll get to an elf and you will have to pay 2 platinum for each dungeon run. All levels can join the dungeon.
