Maybe see if you can add a drop shadow to the text to let it stand out a bit, if you can't use drop shadow make a second text the same and stagger it a bit to get a similar effect making the bottom layer black.

I have a capped rogue but I made a second mage a few months ago but I rarely use it. I started lvling it and its half way capped.

I don't use apps so I would not know how to tell someone how to use them, I use photoshop for my designs.
