Level Cap Raises?

its the time to need level up in the game with my ideas:

level up with new maps and bosses
max gold upto 100M
new rare shooting type or bombarding weapon as Krieberg
restricted entry to play pvp like lessthan 3 levels only.
platinum buy from gold
weekly lucky draw where they can get get some cool stuff
combining powers abilities to get super powers considering no.of players in guild, level and kills.
selling legendary weapons and gems, vanity bought from store in inventory for half of price.
farming with 5 friends at a time and surpise attacks from zombie's or 2nd boss with good vanity drop

So who wants a lvl cap raise to 42? Cuz I want one like of would be so much better then just vanity like. Seems like the other games get better update then dark legends.... Anyways who wants a cap raise cuz I do :-)

Even if the level cap rises it won't go to level 42 but it will to 41
