31-33 damage..... I'll continue to use my Snipers Battle Crossbow.

so assuming there is a legendary for every epic found.. there should be conquerer's version of this that i haven't come upon

nice addition to the epic and legendary loots.. at least we have purple and pink shields, talons, etc

so far i saw a purple frozen shield 5 str 3 dodge 2 crit 15 armor

also saw some dude with a purple frozen mace with decent stats
