Stop complaining and report your issues to the specific support(trialpay/nativex). If you've completed the requirements for the offer, support will help you with receiving the platinum you should have.

About not having enough offers, I feel like making a thread about it soon, explaining how-to's and little tricks. I can hardly imagine that being acceptable though so I'm delaying it until I'm really bored/feeling risky.

One last thing, some offers like surveys might take a while to pay while others deliver instantly. I usually go for the certain ones (download & open games/apps or watching videos). Good luck.
