I tried everything, bought shamus, stacked daily and bought lix (lotsa wintery wreaths) ect, never saw a slasher, toy, ginger, or launcher at 10-20.

I think you mean snowball duckfoot? I'm pretty sure the launchers, toymans, and slashers only drop in high levels like 66+ or something like that. At least that's what I heard and I see an awful lot of endgamers with toyman wands in balefort.

Yes, they drop like hotcakes at higher lvls. I was on first map for a high lvl gingerbread defender drop as well.
I have at least 20 pink duckfoots at lvl 10, but I also have 1 purple lvl 10 snowball launcher that was dropped in toy factory. No confusion, even listed in cs for 800k and then removed.

Nope, this year 2013 I dropped one. Never owned a lvl 10 in my life until 3 days ago. Equipped it as it dropped and started shooting snowballs at my party.
No skin off my back. You made the tread asking if they dropped and I responded with what(although to everyone else is heresay)I know to be fact.
I have not seen any l15,25,35 items drop. Only by tens.
Also launchers, toy wands drop often in higher levels but are much rarer at low levels. Rarely see them drop in village so prob would drop in toy factory instead
