Questions on Building lvl 3 Twink - Pets!

Soooo, I recently made a new lvl 3 pvp acc and i was stupid enough to start leveling my pet from the start of lvl 3 which I disabled my exp gain to stop leveling up further.

I was wondering does your pet still level when you disabled exp gain and if so, what level is ideal for my malison to be in to start pvp?

Yes, pets can still level up even if your Disable XP is on, I just had a thread on this. And, pets can't get higher leveled than you, so Malison should be L3.
