Ouch that's a horrible mana return rate considering it damages at 40, that's only 10 back per turn!

If its damage is 40 return is 6-8. So yeah it isnt very good. Breezaga is good only at lvl 30+ cos at lvl 30 it learns to hit 3 targets.

This!! Don't forget in twink PVP, when you're not actually fighting, it's nice to be mana regen at a high rate! Ripmaw, Flap Jack, Vlad, and Glacian are your only choices for that passive ability!
