How do I respec skills AND attribute points?

Hello All!

I've figured out how to respec attribute points (stats) but not both. I've got platinum but can't find where exactly to go to respec both.

Would someone please help me out with this?

Go to the shop and then game features. It should be in there under character or something. I suggest buying 5 at once :P

that's exactly what i did. but when i got done respecing the attributes (stats) i got a prompt for 2 more platinum for respeccing attributes only. thanks for your response, but still confused! I need to figure out how to respec both!

Hit menu and then go into the shops tab. You're in the first window, you need to be in the fourth or fifth.
