Pls help with L21 warrior twink. skill/attributes/gear/pet

Hello, please help me with my L21 warrior twink. I have a L10 rogue twink but I find L10 boring because of the length, and "simplicity" of fights due to lack of skills points and mana, so maybe L21 would be better, and I decided to make a warrior for this level

What are the best of the best items and pet for a war in this level? Also, what good guild can I join?

My warrior is level 20 now and has the following build, and I will respec this when I get to 21.

Skyward 4/5 (except mana return)
Windmill 4/5 (except slow)
HoR 3/5 (except range and taunt)
VB 5/5

Str passive 3/5

2/5 chest splitter (staggering blow)
3/5 horn of renew (duration and shield)
5/5 vengeful blood
2/5 knowledge passive or agility passive..you are going to want at least 600 mana

Best gear is tarlok of assault level 20 if you can get an armor pet because tarlok has low armor. Ensorcelled band of potency for ring and tarlok heart of potency level 20 fo amulet. Weapon is dark watch sword of potency level 21.

Like i said u need an armor pet for tarlok gear so abaddon is best but if u cant get that use prance.

You can go with mighty jugger helm and mighty berserker armor and best pet for that is grimm.
If you are looking for a cheap pet ribbit never hurts

You just used 15 points in your build.. Does that mean I put 5/5 str passive?

What weapon will I use?

Also, is chest splitter better than axe throw? Why? I was thinking of the same build as yours, except that I'm leaning on 5/5 axe throw (then 4 pts on str passive) more than chest splitter, cause axe throw pulls, reduces armor, has more damage, and a chance to stun..

About the need for mana, isn't it enough that I use the potency versions of tarlok and maybe put glacial gems on them?

Cs has much faster cooldown and targets more targets at a time, making it more effective in 5v5 or 1v1. I've tested both builds and i prefer cs build to axe. yes 5/5 str passives. there are also 2 main guilds to pick from at lv 21 - rich n loaded, a good guild overall, rumor you require a mythic/arcne pet. and ballistic, an elite guild where you have to trial to join.

Yes 5/5 strength passive sorry i forgot to include that
Pet: cheapest most helpful imo are prance and ribbit
As i said best weapon is level 21 dark watch sword of potency

The more skills, the better because you can get more creative. It's more fun to play with more skills. 21 is the highest pure level that is "arcane/mythic free" (except pets) the next pure level, 26, and you have rogues with arcane hooks so you wouldn't want to go there. Also, I think there are much more players in L21.

I think the only downside here is more expensive gear. The higher you go, the more expensive the gear gets.

im planning to stay in lvl21 for a while then pursue it till 36 for elite pve purposes but if lvl21 can do the same.. well i might totally stay at lvl21.

do you have idea how much will cost those lvl21 equips? dark watchnis too expensive.. any alternatives? and i rarely see tarlok of pot.. any alternatives?.. tia

dem i don't want to go lvl21 anymore. im having hard time to level :P i'll go with lvl 15.
another dem for equips costs phew it's too much. hehe
