total quest count stuck at wrong value of 214
The total number of quests (as seen on world map) used to be 213. When winterfest started, this total changed to 214. As far as I know, nobody ever figured out what the phantom new quest was. When winterfest ended, the total quests remained at 214. This seems like a bug that failed to go away with winterfest's end. If it's not a bug, then maybe a dev can chime in on what the new quest is, because nobody has been able to find it.
