I am confused about the Operative skill map as i level up (i'm level 23), more skills become available. The problem is that i can't put these skills into my map.

I am confused about the Operative skill map as i level up (i'm level 23), more skills become available. The problem is that i can't put these skills into my map.
You need 2 Platinum to reset if you wanted. There is only 8 skills available in the skill map. Overall there are 11 skills.
