    Default why cant the devs just....

    honestly remember awhile back when they just raised the level cap in sl but didnt make an expansion y cant they do this in pockert legends? it wowuld just require them to make the L80 bsm sets and possibly change the xp curve but i dont think it could be tht hard

    This has been answered dozens of times , Arcane makes 10x more than Pocket so they focus on Arcane to make it even more successful. A cap for pocket would be a HUGE risk as it may bring many back or it wont. All and all Arcane makes 10x more so making new cap or changing things and increasing level still requires numerous hours of developing and coding as Zeus stated. After a year the same issue will occur so they just stick with Arcane until something is worked out. As Sam stated 100k players vs 1k+ players makes a Huge difference.

    It is not a huge RISK at all. They would make money from it with PL players coming back and people spending money on plat to cap, etc. The question is, can they make EVEN MORE money if they spend the same amount of time on AL instead, and piss off PL players for a while longer without losing too much in that exchange.

    By risk i meant it may not satisfy them like the fox and rhino release so they stick to Arcane since it keeps satisfying them.

    A new cap with the same mobs, maps, gear, etc shouldnt be too hard to make. All it takes is a adjustment in npc difficulty, exp curve, and gear stats. We could name the new gear something like Inferno's Flaming Wand, or Searing Forged Scythe, or Apollo's Blazing Talon. A slight color change could be used.
