everything was more fun when i wasnt at the level cap. once you have most pve aps everything gets duller. pvp aps arent fun because pvp isnt that fun anymore.....
i will put my thinking cap on later today and think of some blinding ideas (no guarantees though xD)

Well I was recently playing this game on my device, which I somehow managed to forget the name of :/ it's not so huge but the gameplay is similar to AL.
More to the point.. In pvp they have a mode called 'warlord battle'. It's very fun in order to win you have to earn the most points in the battle and the best way to do so is to become the warlord in that match as much times as possible.
At the start of the battle there is around 6 players, one of which starts as the warlord. The warlord basically is a beefed up, super-sized version of your character and it will take the rest of the players to defeat him. The player that lands the killing blow on the warlord will become the new warlord. A kill result is a given number of points and a kill assist will lead to a given number of points but will be less points than a kill. Around the playing arena players can find special power ups that will give you an edge in defeating the warlord, however the the warlord cannot use power ups since he is already super strengthened. The player that earns the most points at the end of the time wins the game. The use of points will determine which players are assigned to which games. Players with similar points scores will be grouped into a match. This eliminates players with arcane/mythic going against a non-mythic player.

There are bunch of reasons why I don't think it would work on a game like AL but I'm just putting it out there just in case...... :3

I wonr deny it. The architect armors are all super hard to sell now. Weapons are worth farming, but theyre rare in drops and their price is far from being what they used to be. Overall I see that this expansion is slowly coming to an end and we all need something to freshen the interest. Would really be awesome if the current mythics could last another expansion though.

Elite golds have dropped in price, but I believe it is because of a diffferent reason: nobody chose to open many elite golds because lockeds had mythic eggs & whim added to the already existing arcane pets in them. It was a month of being tempted to open lockeds instead of elite golds. Meanwhile, MANY people were farming elite Shuyal & Nordr to get portals to spawn almost guaranteed. With so many people farming elite maps more heavily and a month of little interest in elite golds due to the more attractive lockeds, the market is currently over saturated with elite golds. And currently, everyone is trying to have the cheapest elite golds for sale.

I've been holding about 12 elite golds over the last week because I know the price will rebound once the excess is bought up.



Also, hasn't it already been said that the next expansion will have a more pet involved storyline? Meaning they are already working on things?

I can't chime in on the whole not being worth it to farm those architect items considering I've yet to break 1m and even an extra 10k to me seems worth it if it means I'm closer to my goals.

I will however say that I do like the pinnochio idea...made me chuckle a little.
