Elusive four locations

Hi everyone, As some of you may know, I'm trying to get to level 36 with no deaths. Now the thing is elusive four have the power to one hit me since I'm a low level, I'll be levelling at Watchers tombs so does any elusive four member spawn there? Where else do they spawn, Thanks and have a good day

Anywhere there are skeletons that spawn which is most likely every tomb, you're going to chance at running into Skratch.

Well, if you see Skratch, just leave the tomb .. your running mates will thank you

All tombs doesnt matter.. like how kei said anywhere where skeleton exist scratch can respawn
