KDR has nothing to do with anything, really. Some people play safe and stick to tombs, and others go kamakazi and solo elites. I can't see the attachment because it's invalid, but either way, I don't see how KDR would imply any kind of misconduct. It's just not logical.

This is very possible. That player capped at 16 or 21 and just farmed a bunch of kills. Then he leveled up to 23 and stayed there.

I'll give you an example. What if the #1 PvE Kill player kept farming for kills and he didnt level at all for two more expansions. He would be a L36 with over 2m kills.

Haha I seen lower lvls with more pve kills that's nothing he's just a good farmer that's it.

That is a CTF banner for kills in 3rd season (lvl 26).

Well its true is possible before?? say cap 16 or 21 with its current gears coz there were no mythics before level 26 and up and no myth pets or arcane.
Pve farming before is way too hard unless he did it normal maps not wtower levels.
