1) Depends how long you play.
2) 1-10 (Brackenridge), (11-20) WT4, 21-26 (Kraken and Nord)
Rest I don't know because I haven't gotten that far.
After nordr do shuyal mobs. For quicker leveling skip the bosses and just fight mobs on the levels.

Im working on soloing WT4 from lvl 9-36. I just hit lvl 25, and i have 13k pve kills. When u have a mindset on farming pve kills, lvls seem to fly by pretty fast. Im very aware of the other maps, but i just want to see if i can do it solo via WT4

As a sorcerer, if you have some external source of gear/gold, then yes. Running it with gear farmed from WT4 drops, not so sure. Actually i didn't really cared about capping for a while when i did the real time was 10-11 hours.

A twink in this usage is a type of powergamer and munchkin. The term can also refer to the twinked character itself (e.g., "My twink has all the best gear."). In its most basic definition, a twink is a character with better gear than one could have easily acquired on one's own.
Twinking is typically done by transferring higher-end equipment from the player's (or whose friend's) more-experienced characters (who often have excess gear that would be much more useful to the lower-level character). Many new players dislike twinking of others' characters, since it gives a big advantage to established players starting a new character.[7] Some new players do not like to have their own characters twinked, as they prefer to earn the equipment for themselves.

And those twinks pvp at low levels, I'm quite sure people don't say 'Twink' with the gay definition in mind.
What I already got bored of AL pve... Is rogue pve supposed to be boring?
