Imagine you're in Paradise Pier and someone will spam the chat with:

Selling locked crates, for 11k each, enter 14344 to trade me. Then a message will pop, Please enter your 11-digit trade number.

well it would be annoying for sure
if you dont want random people spamming you with trade .. like at pier
maybe a good suggestion would be - disable trade .. like disable party invites
